On August 23rd my air conditioning went out and I began to panic - who should I call? Will I get ripped off?
A few weeks earlier a friend had mentioned C & C coming out to service her air conditioning unit and raved about the service and especially the technician. I immediately called her to get the phone number - and like her, my experience with the company, and especially the technician, Carl, was nothing but wonderful.
It's so easy for people to write and complain about service, but I think it's important to praise good service. When I first called, I spoke with David (I believe it was after hours - if there's such a thing in your business) and he was calming and helpful in assessing the situation. He set up for someone to come out the next afternoon, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call in the morning saying someone would be out earlier.
I want to especially commend (and thank) Carl for his professionalism and the outstanding service he provided. The time he took to explain everything really put me at ease, and my fears of being ripped off were immediately gone.
I want to thank C & C and particularly Carl for the excellent service we received. I will definitely recommend your company to others as well as calling for future services on our unit.
